So yes, I’ve disappeared for a couple of days.  I wanted to get ahead at work so I could concentrate on planning and relaxing over the long weekend… and it’s worked!  I’m all caught up at work and feeling fantastic about it!  I didn’t give in to any of my obscene cravings and now….. just now…..

I completed day 3 of week 5 of the c25k.

Yep.  If you’re not aware of what day that is.  It’s the day when you go from your longest run being 8 minutes to all of a sudden running for 20 minutes without any walking breaks.  And I totally did it!
